Best global mobile banking app five years in a row, according to Forrester.
Working together with BBVA’s design team, we created banking features based on the best practices of existing applications in its different markets, through a co-creation process that involves six countries.
We achieve designs that allows clients from different countries to complete any banking operation quickly and easily.

Working within the Payments division at BBVA, we were responsible for the conception and design of BBVA Wallet, an app where users can manage their cards, check their points and loyalty program and find smart and contextual promotions near them.
We conceptualize a matrix that enriches the dashboard every time a user enters, we connect realtime variables to offer contextual promotions to each unique user.

I joined the Bankinter design team in the migration of both, public and private areas of Bankinter’s B2B Platform, where we create coherent and scalable navigation and information architecture.
Finally, we worked closely with clients, continually testing each proposal and analyzing data to minimize launch risks.
